Darjeeling Premium Oolong Tea

An exquisite organic darjeeling oolong tea. Long and lightly rolled tea leaves with some sliver buds. Steeps a smooth cup with no bitterness and a slightly floral note.

This lightly oxidized oolong is one of our favorites because of its smooth flavor and slightly floral note. 

Steeping 

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 185º F for 2 to 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to additional each steep.
