Mao Feng Green Tea

An organic long and wiry green leaf with the aroma of fresh cut Spring grass. Steeps a complex cup with a mix of floral, grassy, and slightly vegetal notes.

Steeping

Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 185º F for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
