A combination of coconut and chocolate gives this Chai a wonderful Macaroon flavor! Great hot or over ice.
Use 1 heaped tablespoon per 8 oz. cup. Boil water to 212ºF. Pour 3/4 cup of the hot water over the Chai and steep for 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of heated milk and sugar to taste.
