Emerald Oolong Tea

A lightly oxidized green oolong. Steeps a gold liquor with the aroma of fresh gardenias and a lingering fruity note. 

Harvested twice each year in Taiwan's central highlands. Unmistakable floral aroma with a smooth flavor and no bitterness.

Steeping 

Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 185º F for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 additional minute to each steep.
