This tea just gets better with age. The 2019 harvest has vibrant green leaves with all the characteristics of a darjeeling first flush black tea. First flush is harvested in mid-March after the spring rains. Steeps a sharp clean flavor with a little astringency and a slightly floral note.

Steeping
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 208º F for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
