A traditional style of organic Japan flat leaf Bancha tea. Steeps a light cup with a pleasantly roasted finish.
This is a late season flush made from the more mature stems and leaves of the autumnal harvest.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 180º F for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
