Organic Atama Bancha Tea#1360
Bancha is a traditional style of Japanese flat leaf tea. This is a late season flush made from the more mature stems and leaves of the autumnal harvest. Steeps a light-bodied cup and pleasant roasted finish.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly before pouring over tea leaves. Steep 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
