Organic Darjeeling tea with a few tips throughout and less floral character. A bit stronger than a typical Darjeeling. Steeps a great medium-bodied cup.
From the Kanchanjangha Tea Estate located in a remote and hilly region of Panchthar district in eastern Nepal. The tea garden lies at the foothills of Mt. Kanchenjunga.
Steeping
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 212º F for 3 minutes.
