Pi Lo Chun also known as Spring Snail Green comes from the west side of the Dong Ting Mountains in the Jiang Su Province of China. The name comes from a 17th century Emperor of China who noted that the spiral-shaped leaves looked like tiny snail shells.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 185º F for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
