Steeping 

 Use 1 heaped tablespoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 212º F for 6 minutes.

Storing

Tisanes should be stored at room temperature. There are real fruit pieces and flowers in each blend. If you buy in large quantities store in the refrigerator for a longer shelf life.
