Organic China Sencha Tea
Organic flat leaf green tea. Not as astringent as a Japanese sencha green tea. Steeps a nice cup of tea with vegetal notes.
Use 1.5 tsp. per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly before pouring over tea leaves. Steep 2 minutes. It can be re-steeped by adding 1 minute to each steep.
