Organic China Sencha Tea
A special firing technique is used to produce this organic flat leaf tea from Japan. Steeps a nice cup with a wonderful vegetal flavor and aroma.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly before pouring over tea leaves. Steep 2 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
