Decaf Earl Grey Tea
A rich black Ceylon tea with oil of bergamot. Decaffeinated by a water decaffeination process, sometimes referred to as the "Swiss Water Method". All the great bergamot flavor you love but with less caffeine. Note: decaffeinated tea is NOT 100% caffeine-free. The decaffeination process removes MOST of the caffeine but a minimal amount of caffeine is still left in the leaf.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and pour over tea leaves. Steep 4 minutes.
