Fennel Herbal Tea

Dried fennel seeds. Fennel seed is an effective aid to digestion. Steeps a light cup with licorice flavor and a slightly spicy note. 

Fennel tea may aid healthy digestion, treat bloating, gas, or cramps, and may also act as a diuretic. It can help the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal system relax and reduce gas, bloating, and stomach cramps.

Steeping 

Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 212º F for 5 minutes.
