The sweet aroma of Lychee fruit is intoxicating as you watch the flowers bloom.
Use 1 tea ball per 16 oz.'s of water. Steep at 185ºF for 5 minutes or until the flower has completely unfurled. Tea can be re-infused by adding more hot water and 1 minute to each additional steep. Best steeped in a glass teapot or 16 oz. glass cup.
