Previous 2nd Flush 2017 crop. Farmed on the Makaibari Estate established in 1859 and famous for producing the world’s best Darjeeling's. Second Flush is harvested in June and produces an amber full bodied and classic muscatel cup.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup of water. Bring water to a boil and pour over tea leaves. Steep 3 minutes.
Water temperature: 205-210 ºF
