One of China’s famous green teas from the Jiangxi region and named after the Dragonwell’s Landmark. This is a pan-fired tea that folds into itself creating the sword-shaped leaves. Steeps a beautiful coppery gold cup with the aroma of freshly cut grass and chestnuts.
Use 1 tablespoon per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly before pouring over tea leaves. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
Water temperature: 185 ºF
