Organic Makaibari 1st Flush 2018#2360
Farmed on the Makaibari Estate established in 1859 where they manufacture the worlds best Darjeeling's. First Flush is harvested in mid-March after the spring rains producing a sharp, clean taste. This seasons crop steeps a slightly astringent golden cup with some floral undertones.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup of water. Bring water to a boil and pour over tea leaves. Steep 2 - 3 minutes.
Water temperature: 205-210 ºF
