Previous First Flush 2018 is harvested in mid-March after the spring rains producing a sharp, clean taste. Steeps a slightly astringent golden cup with some floral undertones.
Farmed on the Makaibari estate established in 1859 where they manufacture the worlds best Darjeeling's.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup of water. Bring water to a boil and pour over tea leaves. Steep 2 - 3 minutes.
Water temperature: 205-210 ºF
