Grown along the slopes of the Taimu Mountains in the Fujian province in China. These tea leaves are woven with white tips resembling white-haired monkey paws, hence the name. Steeps a fresh cup with a delicate finish.
Organic White Monkey has wonderful aroma and a delicately sweet slightly and dry finish.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 185º F for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
