Organic White Monkey Tea#2380
Grown along the slopes of the Taimu mountains in the Fujian province in China. The tea leaves are woven with white tips resembling white-haired monkey paws, hence the name. Steeps a fresh cup with the aroma of seaweed, delicately sweet and a slightly dry finish.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup of water. Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly before pouring over tea leaves. Steep 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused a few times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
