Organic White Peony Tea#1760
The beauty of White Peony (Pai Mu Tan) is clear in its appearance. The full open leaves are gorgeous with some white buds throughout the leaves. Steeps a wonderful cup with woodsy notes.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly before pouring over tea leaves. Steep 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused by adding 1 minute to each steep.
Water temperature: 170-180 ºF
