Pi Lo Chun Tea
Pi Lo Chun also known as Spring Snail Green comes from the west side of the Dong Ting Mountains in the Jiang Su Province of China. The name comes from a 17th century Emperor of China who noted that the spiral-shaped leaves looked like tiny snail shells. Steeps a deliciously smooth and naturally sweet cup.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly before pouring over tea leaves. Steep 2 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
