Manufactured by naturally processing tea leaves during a sudden change in temperature at harvest time. Steeps a creamy cup.
The lightly roasted leaves produce a sweet buttery texture with a floral aroma. Exceptional!
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly before pouring over tea leaves. Steep 2 minutes. Tea can be re-infused by adding 1 minute to each steep.
