Manufactured by naturally processing tea leaves during a sudden change in temperature at harvest time. Steeps a light liquor with a wonderful smooth flavor
The lightly roasted leaves produce a sweet buttery and slightly floral aroma with a clean finish.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 195º F for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused by adding 1 minute to each steep.
