Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 212º F for 4 minutes.

**Note: Decaffeinated tea is NOT 100% caffeine-free. The water decaffeination process used in our decaffeinated teas removes MOST of the caffeine. A minimal amount of caffeine is left in the leaf. An 8 oz cup of decaf loose leaf tea typically contains about 2 to 5 milligrams of caffeine. Decaffeination processes remove most of the caffeine from the tea leaves, but a small amount remains. For comparison, a regular cup of black tea has about 40 to 70 milligrams of caffeine, and a cup of coffee contains around 95 milligrams. The exact caffeine content in decaf tea can vary based on factors such as the type of tea, the decaffeination method used, and the steeping time.
