Single origin tea produced by the Makaibari Estate representing the garden’s specific flavor profile and production technique. This lightly oxidized oolong is one of our favorites because of its smooth flavor and slightly floral notes.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 185º F for 2 to 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to additional each steep.
