We want you to be happy with your purchase but, if for any reason your are not happy with your tea selections please contact us 1-888-832-1480 within 14 days from date of purchase.
Once we are aware of your request, we will resolve the matter immediately and provide you with the information you will need for a return/exchange. We recommend US Insured Parcel Post and make sure to securely wrap your return package.
Once your return is received, we will be happy to give you a full or partial refund. We can also issue a credit towards your next purchase. The refund amount for any unused loose-leaf tea is based on the value of the returned portion.
