Tea preferences are personal and everyone's taste is different. If you are trying a new tea for the first time we suggest you start with a smaller quantity. We also recommend you try adjusting the steep time or water temperature before you return your tea. Sometimes, it makes all the difference.
To return your purchase, please ship it back to us within 30 days of your purchase to the address below. Please include a copy of your invoice and or a note explaining the reason for the return.The Tea Time Shop
