At The Tea Time Shop, we pack every order with our signature Tea Loving Care (TLC) and work hard to get your tea to you as quickly and affordably as possible.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Processing Time
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only via:
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Ground Advantage
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours
(excluding weekends, holidays, promotions, and peak sale periods).
During high-volume times, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates (contiguous U.S. only):
- $6.75 – $7.75 (based on shipping zone)
Free Shipping Offer
Orders of $60 or more qualify for FREE U.S. shipping via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage.
Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are subject to change during promotions, holidays, or special events.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within the contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- International locations

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier. While we carefully pack every order, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
