Be assured that we are doing all that we can to ensure that the health and protection of our customers and our staff is not compromised. To ensure this we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our facilities.
We have kept our staff employed throughout this pandemic. Our site maintenance, order processors, and marketing staff are working safely from home. Our fulfillment department is working on split-shifts in our distribution centers to maintain a small work crew and each order filler is provided with PPE.
Due to all of these extra precautions that The Tea Time Shop is taking to keep our staff and our customers safe you may experience a delay in order fulfillment. Shipping carriers USPS, and UPS have also informed us that they are experiencing delays delivering packages because they are understaffed and are struggling to keep up with the increase in shipments.
