Steeping 

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 180º F for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused by adding 1 minute to each additional steep. 

White loose leaf tea does contain caffeine, although generally in lower amounts compared to other types of tea like black or green tea. White tea is made from the young leaves and buds of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis) and undergoes minimal processing, which helps preserve its delicate flavor and aroma.
