Steeping 

The best way to enjoy a cup is after a quick steep of the leaves. Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 212ºF (boiling) for 15 seconds. Throw away the steeped liquor and bring the water temperature back up to 212ºF (boiling). Steep for 2 minutes. The tea can be re-infused an additional 2-3 times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
