Darjeeling's 1st Flush Spring Harvest has a generous amount of green leaves with a wonderful fresh aroma. Steeps a delicious cup with little astringency and slightly floral note.  

Single origin tea produced by the Makaibari Estate representing the garden’s specific flavor profile and production technique. This current harvest of First Flush Darjeeling steeps a vibrant infusion with a lively astringency with the classic first flush character.

Steeping 

Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 208º F for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
