Big Red Robe Oolong Tea
Grown on the peak of Wuyi Mountain in northern Fujian province near the border with Jiangxi province, China. Big Red Robe Oolong or Da Hong Pao Oolong's large leaves are 40% oxidized producing a clean, smooth, honey texture with a rich aroma of roasted peanut shells. Steeps a wonderful cup with notes of nectarine, molasses and a rounded, earthy, yet sweet aroma.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and pour over tea leaves. Steep 3 minutes. Tea may be re-infused by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
