Steeping 

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 205ºF (boiling) for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused by adding 30 seconds to the first re-steep then 1 minute to each additional steep.

Caffeine content: Moderate-medium-high. Approximately 40-60 mg per 8 oz. cup.  

On average, an 8-ounce cup of black tea contains approximately 14-80 mg of caffeine. However, some types of black tea may have higher caffeine levels, up to 90 mg per 8-ounce cup.  When you steep tea for a longer period, more caffeine is typically extracted from the tea leaves, resulting in a higher caffeine content in the brewed tea. This is because caffeine is water-soluble and leaches out of the leaves over time. So, longer steeping times usually mean stronger and more caffeinated tea.
