Decaf English Breakfast Black Tea

A rich decaffeinated english breakfast blend. Steeps a nice rich cup with less caffeine. The leaf style may vary from a fine grain to one with broken tea leaves. Both are still manufactured by the same water decaffeination process. 

*Decaffeinated by a water decaffeination process referred to as the "Swiss Water Method." This method removes the caffeine by soaking the tea in hot water for a period of time. The resulting brew is then passed through a carbon filter for caffeine removal. The liquid is then reintroduced to the tea for reabsorption of flavors and oils* 


Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 212º F for 4 minutes.

Note: Decaffeinated tea is NOT 100% caffeine-free. The water decaffeination process used in our decaffeinated teas removes MOST of the caffeine. A minimal amount of caffeine is left in the leaf.
