Formosa Emerald Oolong Tea

This Emerald Oolong Tea from Taiwan's central highlands is lightly oxidized, resulting in a golden liquor with a fresh gardenia aroma and a smooth, lingering fruity note. Enjoy this tea without any bitterness, harvested twice each year for the best quality.


Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 185º F for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 additional minute to each steep.


Taiwan (Formosa)

Caffeine content: A bit higher than green tea, and a bit less than black. Typically about 50-75 mg of caffeine per 8 oz. cup.
