Fujian Oolong Tea

Fujian Oolong Tea offers an exquisite full flavor with little astringency. Its unique Ti Kwan Yin style and dark leaves infuse every cup with a strong, aromatic taste, perfect for everyday enjoyment.

Steeping

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 190º F for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.

Caffeine content: A bit higher than green tea, and a bit less than black. Typically about 50-75 mg of caffeine per 8 oz. cup.
