Grown along the slopes of the Taimu Mountains in the Fujian province in China. The tea leaves are woven with white tips resembling white-haired monkey paws, hence the name. Steeps a fresh cup with a delicate finish.
Monkey Paw organic green tea has a wonderful aroma and a delicately sweet, and slightly dry finish.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 185º F for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
