Silver Jasmine Tea

A decadent white tea manufactured by the plucking of young leaf buds and scented with jasmine blossoms. Steeps a pale yellow infusion with a dry and delicate sweetness. 

Wonderful airy flavor with an excellent dry finish. 

Steeping 

Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 175º F for 3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.
