Japanese Sencha Tea#1350
A type of Japanese ryokucha which is prepared by infusing processed whole tea leaves in hot water. Steeps a slightly astringent cup with vegetal notes.
Sencha is a pleasant, approachable, and great daily green tea.
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly before pouring over tea leaves. Steep 2 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each steep.
