The best way to enjoy a cup is with a quick steep of the leaves first. Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and steep for 30 seconds. Throw away the steeped liquor and bring water to a boil again. Pour over tea leaves and steep for 2 minutes. Tea can be re-infused 2-3 times by adding 1 additional minute to each steep.
